Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Rikhath LLC for the Unlater application, website, and related services. By using Unlater, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that age applies.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for activity through your Unlater session. Do not share one-time sign-in codes. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or device has been compromised. Information you provide must be accurate and lawful.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you save. You grant Rikhath a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service according to your settings and requests. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to the backup and legal-retention terms in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights needed to save and process the content and that doing so does not violate law or another person’s rights. Unlater is a personal organization tool, not a license to republish third-party material.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Unlater to break the law; infringe rights; distribute malware; harass or exploit others; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; evade quotas or security controls; automate abusive traffic; or use the service to develop or train a competing model or product through bulk extraction. We may limit or suspend use reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

5. AI-assisted features

AI-generated summaries, research, and suggested actions may be incomplete or incorrect. Review outputs before relying on them. Unlater does not take actions, contact people, make purchases, or change your commitments without your confirmation. The service is not professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

6. Subscriptions and stores

Paid features may be offered through Apple or Google. Prices, billing periods, trials, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are shown and governed by the applicable store terms. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the store. Deleting Unlater or your account does not itself cancel a store subscription. Restore purchases while signed into the account that should receive access.

7. Changes, availability, and termination

We may modify features, limits, or these terms as the product develops. We will provide notice of material changes when required. We may suspend or end the service or your access for security, legal, operational, or material breach reasons. You can stop using Unlater and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlater is provided “as is” and “as available.” Rikhath disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rikhath will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, or opportunities. Rikhath’s aggregate liability arising from Unlater will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid for Unlater during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they apply only to the extent lawful.

These terms are governed by Texas law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Travis County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
