Capture or reminder issue
Include your phone model, operating-system version, Unlater version/build from Settings, and the steps that led to the problem. Avoid attaching private saved content unless it is essential.
Subscriptions
Use Restore purchases while signed into the intended Unlater account. Apple and Google manage payment methods, refunds, and cancellation; Unlater cannot see your card details.
Privacy request
Export or permanently delete your account directly in Settings. For another privacy request, email us from the address associated with the account.
Safety note: Unlater support will never ask for a sign-in code, store password, private key, or payment-card number.
Account deletion
Open Unlater, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. This permanently deletes the account and its saved items, reminders, monitors, plans, uploaded files, and sessions. Export first if you want a copy. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel that through the applicable store.
